  1. Start by cutting the halloumi into 4 large slices and put it in a tupperware with olive oil, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of curry. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
  3. Clean the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and put them in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil and salt on low fire. After 5 minutes add the garlic, after 2 more minutes add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, the oregano and pepper. cook it for 2 more minutes. Turn off the heat and reserve.
  4. Cut the avocado in slices and the dried tomatoes chopped.
  5. Use the same pan as for the tomatoes and put the halloumi, cook it on low fire until slightly browned and tender.
  6. In the meantime cut the buns in half and heat them up in the oven for 5 minutes approximately.
  7. When the bread is crispy, take it out of the oven and start mounting your vegetarian burger. First the homemade ketchup with the dried tomatoes, the avocado, the halloumi, the cherry tomatoes and the lamb's lettuce. Bon appétit!
