Avocado toast with poached eggs
Avocado toasts are a delicious breakfast or quick lunch idea. It is an open sandwich recipe basically made with mashed avocado, salt, pepper, lemon juice.
Put water to boil in a pan to poach the eggs. When the water is boiling, add some white vinegar, put the eggs on a silicone poacher and let it cook for precisely 3 minutes.
In a bowl roughly mash an avocado with the olive oil, lemon juice, dried chili flakes, salt and pepper.
Toast a piece of bread, spread some avocado on it and top it with the poached egg.
